Initiate Your Request
Contact our technical support team via the official portal with your order number and detailed photos or videos if the return is due to a hardware malfunction.
Receive Authorization
Once your request is verified, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide the specific European warehouse address for your shipment.
Secure Packaging
Carefully repack the device in its original internal foam and box to prevent transit damage, ensuring all laser modules, cables, and tools are included.
Inspection and Refund
